yes i hav finally updated. its been a lil over a month. hmmm. well a lot has happened since the ending of summer and the middle of the quarter. i can truly say that this past summer was by far the best summer i've ever had. i actually had a life without spendin that much money. i've learned that goin 2 frens houses and havin frens over at my house is jus as fun or more and you dont really spend much except 4 pitchin in 4 food or playin holdem. so yea i've done that a lot over the summer n am still doin that now every friday nite.  uh fball also started up so i go 2 their home games n meet my frens who i dont c everyday (very sad) n then i go 2 a frens house rite after. very fun and its a gud way 2 catch up on things.  i've come 2 the conclusion that havin my license was a big change in my life as it gave me more freedom n more of a life.

however as school is in session i shud really start buckling down. i still hav my summer habits of procrastinatin n goin out 2 much wen i shud b studyin. it really kicked me in the butt a couple of weeks ago wen i had a lot stuff due and tests that week and i didnt do nethin til the night b4. i also hav realized that i cannot stay up as late as i used 2 or get as lil sleep as i used 2 in my sophmore year. i used 2 b able 2 function w/ 4-6 hours of sleep each nite.  however, now i can barely function w/ 7 hours of sleep.  my classes hav gotten harder and my teachers hav gotten dumber. so yea school basically sux. then after school i do the vars preseason conditionin which isnt 2 bad except 4 on mondays and wednesdays wen i hav soccer practice after. my saturdays r taken up by soccer: fast footwork in the mornin and game in the afternoon w/ hw in between. sundays got game in the mornin and then kalakau in the afternoon if i can go.

well brother left 4 college last week. the house seems cleaner and boring. so yea thas bout it 4 my life from ending of summer til now.

is it me or does every1 seem 2 hav migrated 2 myspace. hehe well i guess i'm 1 of those people.

ok so not much happenin here. summer is comin 2 an end in a lil more than a week. very very sad...i guess its better than havin no summer at all. jus gotta make gud use of the remains of it. i still gotta get a gud tan...god i feel so white rite now. bulls practices started up last week...its not bad. all i noe is that i'm sooooooooo out of shape at the moment n am probably gonna die durin the preseason conditionin 4 vars. i havent played bball in a very long time. ummm lately i've only been cruisin w/ curtis, marc, josh, landon n a lil w/ jess n kris. idk y. i feel like i've lost touch w/ the rest of my frens a lil bit...so its harder 2 like call them up n plan stuff. i guess i shud devote the rest of my summer 2 goin out w/ all my frens n not jus sum of them. o n another goal is 2 not spend that much money n 2 not waste gas. so idk how i am gonna stick 2 all these goals i hav.

i've also been spendin a lot of time lately w/ my grandparents...jus like goin over w/ my lil bro or by myself n jus visitin...watchin tv, eatin, etc. idk...only now i'm realizin that they wont be here 4ever so i gotta make use of every moment.

hmmm...i also got a myspace thing cus landon n my older bro wanted me 2. its very confusin. i like xanga better. however i want 2 hav more frens than landon. altho landon is cheatin n sum of his "frens" he doesnt even noe or talk 2.

yea every1 is at retreat n i jus figured that out now after wonderin y no1 was pickin up their cell.

Monday August 2

kk havent updated in a while. tons has been happenin. beach, hangin w/ frens, bday bash, etc...all of that equals lots of fun. i saw tons of people i knew at bday bash even people whu i havent talked 2 in ages. was very interestin...2 say the least.

i'm on a short break from soccer while the team i jus joined is at surf cup. hope they win. but since i hardly hav these kind of breaks gotta live it up. in sum ways i've done 2 much 4 my own gud but it was sorta worth it all. i'm havin more fun this summer than i had last summer. i've gone out more than i shud. drivin gives u a sense of freedom that i hav been takin advantage of and needa take more advantage of. i'm still a lil anti social but i'm workin on it. frens came back from trips n sum still needa come back. people goin back 2 college...gotta make sure i make the best of my summer spendin time w/ all my frens n not jus sum. school is gonna start up soon n 4 sum of my frens it has already started up which really sux. i think i've learned more this summer than i'll learn next school year. i've learned and am still learnin whu i can trust, whu i can w/ sum things trust, and whu i cant even trust at all. its a whole big learnin process 4 me. n then there r sum people like curtis, marc n josh whu like 2 gang up on me. it isnt fun i can tell u...well maybe fun 4 them but not me. o well. ok this entry is shorter than my normal entries n longer than i intended it 2 b.

call me if u wanna cruise. i gotta get out of the house more. 

cami ~ thanx 4 always bein there 4 me even wen i make u mad. we got the deal tho. 3 per year. n i'll watch over u. its gud u got ur license cus now we can cruise.

landon ~ u missed out. haha. nah jj. kk i'll plan ur thingy wen u get back that day. b gud up there. 2 much isnt gud 4 u. restrain. haha. i'll comment u sumtime...idk wen tho...but eventually. hehe.

kris/jess ~ we'll play tennis sumtime. haha. that shud b very interestin tho...so how has bball been doin. haha. hope u guys had fun. i noe i had fun where i was.

well its been a couple of weeks since i've updated. lots of stuff hav happened. i went on my trip and got back from my trip...yea thas pretty much all that has happened. well that n tryouts n bball.

THE TRIP:

People/Weather:  it was really awesum n fun. i had 2 step out of my shell n open up 2 people pretendin that i wasnt antisocial. it was easier to do this b/c most people were in the same boat as i was. i knew almost no1 goin into this. so yea it was a really gud test 4 me n stuff n made me get out of my comfort zone. i met quite a variety of people there. some were really nice, some were not so nice, some were really snobby n thought they were better than every1 else n others were jus really wierd n on crack. the weather was really nice on the colder side (high 50s/low 60s). i jus luv that weather cus there is no humidity so wen i'd go runnin i wudnt sweat which is suuuper cool.

UCLA:  ucla's student workout facilities r really nice. in the wooden center there was a bball gym the same size (or bigger) than punahou's gym, a indoor soccer gym, many racketball courts, a huge weightroom w/ tons of biking/runnin machines w/ tvs n much more. it was crazy. the dorms were suuuper cool/nice. like each 1 (but mine) had a tv and every dorm room had private bathroom (w/ toilet, sink, and shower) instead of community bathrooms. that was sweet. the ucla store is suuuper cool. they got like everything there...u name it.

Frens:  i was able 2 make sum frens on the first day (thank God so i wudnt hav to b a loner). haoles rnt so bad afterall. yea its kinna wierd makin new frens in a short period of time. i've never really done that b4. i guess spendin like most of the day w/ them forces u (not in a bad way) to get to noe the people around u n build a frenship. i ended up befriendin the people in the Sydenham group whu jus happened 2 b my roomate and my dorm neighbors. its almost like havin sleepovers w/ frens everynite. it was a very cultural experience b/c every1 came from a different background. their language (like "yall") i experienced n tried 2 teach them 2 say "you all" or "you guys" but that didnt work out so gud. they all were really cool n even in that short period of time i had the privilege of spendin w/ them...it was 2 short n i miss their personalities.

Overall:  i learned alot throughout the trip n it was a very gud experience 4 me. we got 2 go 2 Six Flags. however i didnt go on ne of the rollercoasters b/c rollercoasters n my stomach dont get along at all. so that was fun walkin around the whole park. we also got 2 go 2 the Santa Monica Pier (beach). the beach was ok...the waves break 2 close 2 shore so u cant really do nethin. the water is freezin n the wind is cold. wha i am tryin 2 say is that hawaii beaches r 100 times better than cali beaches. i went shoppin. didnt really buy much. there were 2 dances...1 u cud wear casual clothes n the other u had 2 wear formal clothes (dresses, etc). i learned how 2 salsa (very interestin...) n do other stuff. very cool.

so i got back home on tuesday n 2 hours after i played a soccer game. yea its very hard 2 play wen ur jetlagged n tired. on wednesday i went back 2 sat prep 2 take n psat (that was crap). then i went 2 bulls tryouts where i played absolutely crappy. 4 sum reason i play shitty wen all the older people r there n wen its the first day of tryouts. i went 2 practice on thursday n did a lil better. on thursday i also scraped the car. yea i wont get into details. very embarrassin. friday didnt hav the car cus my mom said i didnt get enuff sleep so she was gonna drive me 2 school. yea thas all bs...shez punishin me. yesterday i had tryouts again...did a lil better n then had bball game. went movies w/ kris n jess n saw spiderman 2. movie was ok...more people were supposed 2 come but they bagged out. 2day had soccer game. thas my summary of the events post trip.

Landon ~ thanx 4 talkin 2 me wen i was on my trip. ur clothes dont match. by the way ur prophecy aint gonna come true ever. thas a hell no. its gross...idk how u cuduv ever thought that. ur intuitions r wrong.

jota ~ it was nice meetin ur old best fren. she was cool. its a small world after all. o by the way...i'm gonna soooo win the bet. there is no effing chance that will happen. ozzy will never change.

kota ~ my mixed plate was dam gud no matter how shitty u think it looked like. haha n nice try tryin 2 get my mom in joinin u in sewin. i wud never take that class. haha that sux that urs never ended.

Flamer, Curtits, Joshtrap ~ yes listenin 2 1000 miles by venessa carlton in my car is the cool thing 2 do especially w/ Josh's front seat dancing. now that was a sight. marc's singin wasnt very great either...i think a chicken cud sound better. hehe. lets hope we never do that again. jeez i feel bad 4 me n jen whu had 2 experience all that.

AM ~ missed u lots. sorry bout my schedule n stuff. luv u.

Erica ~ u r frickin wierd n crazy n psycho. dam...i cant believe u didnt drive 2 LA 2 c me from Las Vegas. haha. every1s gotta make sum sacrifices. y rnt u havin action packed days? haha.
